Would you like to improve your performance as a runner? Or are you looking to balance your body, work with your breath, and core, and get more flexibility and strength? These topics are essential for everyone.

Our everyday life and running as a hobby can create imbalances in the body and they can lead to injuries. Running also impacts your joints, ligaments, muscles, and tendons in a big way. Adding yoga into a runner's life as a cross-training workout will help to improve your performance and prevent injuries whether you are a beginner or a pro runner.

Yoga also increases your range of motion and helps you build mental focus, endurance, and mobility. Pilates will strengthen the core muscles needed for everyday life.

During this 60-minute class, we will work on bringing awareness to your breath. There will be movements for flexibility, core, stretching, and strengthening the major muscles on your thighs and hips.

After the class you´ll get to enjoy a healthy and delicious breakfast made by Cafe Carusel:
Chorizo/ Mozzarella scramble, green smoothie, coffee/tea.
