On Monday, join me for a rejuvenating 75-min yoga class designed specifically for unwinding and achieving a sense of balance. The session will begin with a Heart-full meditation. As we transition to the physical practice, or asanas, we will emphasize maintaining body alignment while stretching various muscle groups to alleviate tension accumulated in the body.
