On Monday, join me for a rejuvenating 75-min yoga class designed specifically for unwinding and achieving a sense of balance. The session will begin with a Heart-full meditation. As we transition to the physical practice, or asanas, we will emphasize maintaining body alignment while stretching various muscle groups to alleviate tension accumulated in the body. The class will conclude with restorative poses aimed at soothing the nervous system, leaving you with a renewed sense of harmony, balance and serenity.
