All classes are held in English.

HOW TO JOIN

Please sign up for a class in advance. Once registered, arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the class begins.

• Studio & online passes can be used for all studio and online classes

• The online pass can only be used for the classes attended live online (hybrid) or via recordings.

• Recordings of a class can be requested. Accessing a recording is considered equivalent to attending the class. Recordings will be available for seven days.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Entry is possible at any class.

2. The 10x and 24x passes can be transferred to another person.

3. The 4x pass is not transferable.

4. Cards can be extended in case of holidays, e.g. Christmas holidays, winter holiday week, etc.

5. In case of no registrations 2 hours before a class, the class will be cancelled automatically.

6. If your card has expired, you are welcome to continue using it with an extra charge of €7 per class. The card will then be valid for an additional 1-2 months. This benefit will continue up to 6 months after the corresponding expiry date. The card can only be reactivated once.

7. If, due to sickness or an accident, you were not able to come to the studio, please let us know with a medical attendance report, and we will be happy to extend your existing card for that period of time.

8. Price changes, as well as changes in the timetable, may be carried out at any time without further notice.

9. I may ask replacement teachers to substitute for classes.

10. There is no entitlement for a refund.

11. We disclaim any liabilities as a result of accidents, injury or disease, the loss or theft of valuables, money, clothes, etc. Insurance is a concern for the students.

12. The terms & conditions can be changed at any time without further notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS OR SPECIAL CLASSES:

• I will refund the full price if the cancellation is made up to 30 days in advance.

• I will refund 50% of the price if the cancellation is 15 days before the course or workshop

• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled date will only be refunded with a medical certificate. However, a customer may acquire another participant.
