Holistic wellness actually means having your body, mind, and spirit in balance. This means having balance across all dimensions of health and wellbeing. In our busy lives, this is many times very challenging to achieve nowadays without professional assistance.

I started my wellness journey at a young age. I was 8 years old when I first noticed how some food didn’t make me feel good and this made me curious about nutrition, what I was putting into my body. I then got into exercising regularly at the age of 18. I loved how I felt after an activity - how in addition to the physical benefit my mood changed and my thoughts were more positive and focused. I realized soon the importance of having your body, mind, and spirit all in balance. It is a cycle where all of these areas affect our wellbeing and health.

During the years I have built a strong set of tools to support the idea of holistic wellbeing. I will offer you the path to better holistic wellness and improving the quality of your life. It is your responsibility to take action, to take the small steps into making changes for a better, happier, and healthier lifestyle. The questionnaire needs to be returned via email for preliminary analysis before your initial consultation. This will help me to identify possible lifestyle and dietary factors that could be contributing to your health concerns and build a wholesome picture of your health history.
