Paola Milla León-Kääriä is from Peru and has lived in Finland for over fourteen years now. She has been in the health and fitness industry for over twenty years. She has had an interest in a healthy lifestyle, nutrition, and wellbeing from a very young age.

Paola is a certified instructor in fitness training and spinning in Peru and in Finland. Working for many years in the health and fitness industry. She has an understanding and knowledge of anatomy and different forms of exercise. In 2011 she got her certification as a pilates instructor. After that, she got more interested in the mind-body connection. Curiosity grew further with yoga studies. She got her 200-hour teacher training in 2017. She teaches Purna yoga since then.
