Sunday yoga-restore your body. Would you like to reset your mind and body after a hectic week and be better prepared for the next one while feeling more balanced? This Sunday yoga class is made exactly for that. It’s made for you to unwind and simply feel more balanced and calm!

We will start with a Heart-full meditation which is a dynamic form of meditation to calm your mind.

In the physical practice part (asanas) we will focus on keeping the body aligned while stretching different muscles to release tension in the back and upper body. The goal is to bring balance to your body.

We will finish with restorative poses to calm your mind and soothe the nervous system-leaving you feeling balanced and wonderful!

Pilates is a low impact physical exercise that strengthens muscles and improves postural alignment & flexibility. The movements target especially the core muscles, working other areas of your body at the same time. Pilates promotes a healthier back & spine by strengthening the muscles around it. This class is for all levels. We work on basic pilates movements and if you are experienced, the foam roll gives the possibility to make the movements more challenging & new.

When you do a pilates class with a foam roll you get a nice flow, you work on you balance and you can find different angles to work with. A wonderful experience your body will thank you for.

Full Body Workout

Does burning more calories in less time sound good to you? This full body workout will help you improve your endurance, it will speed up your metabolism and make you burn fat & calories even several hours later.

I will guide & inspire you through this 45 min class and push you to thrive together with me. The class consists of a 5 min warmup, 30 min full body workout and a 10 min cool down. This online class will also save you time as you’ll be working out at home. If you have your camera on, I will also give you tips and instructions.
