Our everyday life and running as a hobby can create imbalances in the body and this can lead to injuries. Running also impacts your joints, ligaments, muscles, and tendons in a big way. Adding Pilates and yoga into a runner’s life as a cross-training will help you to improve your performance and to prevent injuries whether you are a beginner or a pro runner.
Yoga increases the range of motion and helps you build mental focus, endurance, and mobility. Pilates will strengthen the core muscles needed for everyday life and for a healthy spine.
This is a 60 min class, and there will be movements for flexibility, core, stretching, and strengthening the major muscles on your thighs, trunk, and hip area.
After the class you´ll get to enjoy a healthy and delicious breakfast made by Cafe Carusel:
