Would you like to start building strength with simple movements, lower intensity, at a slow pace for a healthier and stronger body? build a stronger core? If yes, Pilates for beginners is the workshop for you.

A strong core is essential to having a healthy & strong body. Weak abdominal muscles cause tension and pain in the lower back. Makes you lack power, strength, and stability in the upper body too. By strengthening the muscles around the spine more support is given stabilizing the body, and improving your posture. Is a perfect addition to our modern lifestyle and for conditioning for any sport.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to a wonderful mind-body connection workout using different props for strength and to make your body flow. After this 4 hours workshop, you will start feeling stronger, more toned, with longer muscles, taller, and with a more balanced body. The combined benefits of Pilates will leave you looking and feeling like a brand-new person.

I will work in a small group to give you a personalized service to cover your and your body's needs.
