We live in a hectic world that causes us stress and we get used to it. Your muscles tense up when you're stressed to protect yourself. They release again once you relax, but if you're constantly under stress, your muscles may not get the chance to relax. Tight muscles cause headaches, back & shoulder pain, and body aches. By stretching your muscles and then building strength, you will build a healthier body.

In this 60 min class, you will get to open different parts of your body that are connected to your back muscles. This will release pain and tension in the areas you need the most. Breathing and body-mind connection will make you feel more relaxed, light, and present.
